Our prices are including German VAT (currently at 16%). Shipping and
handling ("S&H") cost will be charged separately unless agreed
otherwise.
For orders with delivery to a country outside the European Union, we
will not collect the German VAT. After you register on our website
prices for customers outside the E.U will be shown net of taxes.
We will ship from our warehouse in Beelen, Germany and S&H will be
calculated accordingly. In general, we use the Deutsche Post AG (German
postal service) to deliver to your billing address or any other address
as indicated. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Usually we will dispatch your order within 2 business days of receipt.
In case of any delays, we will inform you immediately by email with an
estimated shipping date. We reserve the right to make partial shipments
in which case you will not incur any additional cost.
S&H cost for deliveries to countries other than Germany are as follows
